Where we build · Driggs, Idaho

New construction and development in Driggs, Idaho — the valley's county seat.

Driggs is the largest town in Teton Valley and the seat of Teton County, Idaho — where the county offices, the regional airport and much of the valley's commerce sit. We develop land and build spec homes here, including 475 Silver Fox Lane, currently under construction.

About the town

The valley's hub — with a straight-on view of the Grand.

Driggs is the practical center of Teton Valley. As the county seat it's where permitting and county services happen, and Driggs-Reed Memorial Airport gives the town small-aircraft access that the other valley towns don't have. Main Street is the valley's most developed commercial stretch, with restaurants, shops and services that stay open year-round.

For a developer, Driggs offers something specific: from the west side of the valley you look straight across at the back of the Teton range — the same peaks Jackson Hole faces, seen from the quieter side. That view, combined with in-town infrastructure and buildable lots in and around the townsite, is why Driggs is a steady part of our pipeline.

Driggs also gives buyers the shortest path to everyday life in the valley. In-town lots can tie into municipal services, the walkable core means you're not driving for coffee, groceries or dinner, and the airport and county offices are minutes away. That mix of convenience and view is why finished, move-in-ready homes here are consistently in demand — and why a well-sited new build in Driggs tends to find its buyer.

How we work in Driggs

A developer's approach, not a build-for-hire contractor.

We control the sites we build, take them from raw land to closing, and share the outcome with the landowners and capital partners who make each build possible.

Land

We acquire or partner on the lot

We buy buildable Driggs lots in cash, or partner with owners who contribute land to a build rather than selling it outright.

Design & permit

Through Teton County review

Because Driggs is the county seat, entitlement and permitting run through the offices right in town — we carry that work so you don't have to.

Build

Construction managed in house

Our own team runs the job in cash, keeping schedule and budget accountable under one roof.

Sell

Listed and sold on the open market

The finished home is staged, listed and sold — track current builds on our projects page.

Working with us

Own land in Driggs, or want to buy a finished home?

If you own a buildable lot in or around Driggs and would rather turn it into a finished home than sell raw land, our landowner partnership lets you contribute the lot to a build and take a share of the profit at closing. Prefer to put capital behind a build instead? Our capital-partner page lays out the structure and reporting.

If you're shopping, our new-construction homes page tracks finished and for-sale homes, and the buying-land guide covers choosing a lot. And if you want a builder to construct a custom home on land you intend to keep, that's a build-for-hire job — our sister company Artistic Builders does exactly that.
