Victor sits at the base of Teton Pass, about a half-hour drive from Jackson Hole and the closest Teton Valley town to it. We develop land and build spec homes here — several of our projects, including 88 and 90 Hastings Drive and 681 Lucia Lane, are in Victor.
About the town
Of the Teton Valley towns, Victor is the one closest to Jackson Hole — Teton Pass (Highway 33 to Wyoming's 22) drops you into Jackson in good conditions in well under an hour. That proximity makes Victor a natural landing spot for people who work on the Wyoming side but want to own on the Idaho side, where land and finished homes cost a fraction of comparable property across the range.
The town itself has grown from a quiet ranching stop into a walkable small-town core with a brewery, restaurants and services, while newer subdivisions ring the edges with buildable residential lots. That mix — an established town center plus room to build — is exactly the kind of setting our development model is built for.
How we work in Victor
We are a developer, not a contractor you hire to build your own house. We take sites we control from dirt to closing.
We buy buildable Victor lots outright, or partner with owners who contribute a lot to a build instead of selling it at raw-land prices.

Our own construction arm runs the job in cash rather than on construction debt, keeping schedule and budget under one roof.
