What we build
A spec home is a home we design, permit and build on our own before selling it finished — so you're buying a completed house, not commissioning one. Ours are mountain-modern homes with high-end finishes: open great rooms, generous glass framing the Teton range, and materials chosen to hold up to valley winters.
Because we take each home from raw lot to closing under one roof — design, permitting, construction and sale — the quality and the schedule stay accountable to us, not bid out across a chain of parties. When you buy a finished home from us, you skip the entire build process and the risk that comes with it.
Why buy new construction
Building in Teton Valley means finding a buildable lot, drawing plans, clearing county and HOA review, hiring and managing a contractor, and carrying the cost and risk while the market moves under you. New construction hands you the finished result instead — a move-in-ready home, built to current standards, with none of that process on your plate.
It's also newer and tighter than most of the resale stock in the valley: current insulation and mechanicals, a fresh building envelope, and finishes chosen for today's buyers rather than a remodel waiting to happen.
